Based in Meursault, Domaine Henri Boillot holds a prominent place among the leading estates of the Côte de Beaune. As the heir to a winemaking family whose history dates back to the early 20th century, Henri Boillot has built a domaine renowned for the precision of its whites and the finesse of its reds.

Alongside his son Guillaume, now head of viticulture and winemaker for the red wines, he focuses on two key areas: Puligny-Montrachet for the purity and tension of the Chardonnay, and Volnay for the elegance and delicacy of the Pinot Noir.
