Passed down from generation to generation, the house is now run by the Camut family, who uphold a tradition of artisanal craftsmanship based on the cultivation of traditional apple trees, the selection of heritage varieties and slow distillation in pot stills. The eaux-de-vie are aged for a long time in large oak casks to preserve the delicacy of the fruit and develop greater depth.
