Based at the Domaine de Semainville, in the heart of Normandy’s Pays d’Auge, Adrien Camut is one of Calvados’s leading historic names. Passed down from generation to generation, the house is now run by the Camut family, who uphold a tradition of artisanal craftsmanship based on the cultivation of traditional apple trees, the selection of heritage varieties and slow distillation in pot stills. The eaux-de-vie are aged for a long time in large oak casks to preserve the delicacy of the fruit and develop greater depth. Adrien Camut Calvados are distinguished by their aromatic richness, silky texture and remarkable balance between intensity, elegance and an authentic expression of the Normandy terroir.
