Based in Meursault, Domaine Henri Boillot holds a prominent place amongst the leading estates of the Côte de Beaune. As the heir to a family of winegrowers whose history dates back to the early 20th century, Henri Boillot has developed an estate renowned for the precision of its white wines and the finesse of its reds.

Working alongside his son Guillaume, now head of viticulture and winemaker for the red wines, he focuses on two key areas: Puligny-Montrachet for the purity and tension of the Chardonnay, and Volnay for the elegance and delicacy of the Pinot Noir.

The wines are distinguished by their definition, their mineral energy and their ability to accurately express the personality of each climat.
